The Associate Director – Multinational Client Relationships is specialized on Tier 1 broker and International MNC Direct clients, he/she is critical for the retention strategy of our top Multinational clients, this person will manage +50M USD business and his/her success to manage the role perfectly reflects on the new business outcomes. It without saying that it goes beyond a simple description as this associate is guardian of relations that MetLife has with key partners, however, please read below a description on the role and its expectations:
Job Description:
Serve as the primary contact for brokers and clients by developing relationships and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty for the partnership.
Develop and plan a retention strategy with brokers and clients targeting for securing renewal business by promoting MetLife product offering and added value services.
Support Brokers/Clients in all needs to ensure a long-term relationship and secure retention and upselling.
Represents Metlife by demonstrating full knowledge and expertise in EB industry and provides consultative advises to risk and operating areas for the purpose of improving efficiencies resulting in cost savings and positive impact to customers.
Responsible for delivering elite partnership experience through strong relationship management anticipating customers issues and requests from Brokers and Clients, capitalizing on MetLife internal capabilities for solving operational and service-related issues.
Act as a liaison between customer/broker and internal MetLife and work with internal stakeholder (Operation, Underwriting, Claims, Reporting) to ensure resolution to high profile or highly complex customer and broker concerns and provide reliable, consistent, and predictable service across organization.
Coordinates external communications and event engagement with brokers and clients.
Organizing client/Broker facing activities to present MetLife added value services and resolve customer concerns swiftly and with an effortless experience on the customer’s part.
Accountable for all client proposals, policies, and any further documentation, following the MetLife Employee Benefit guidelines and ensure policies are in line with internal underwriting guidelines as well as standing regulations in the country of operations.
Participate to transversal projects with the leadership to rethink our positioning in the market based on the client needs.
Work closely with Marketing team to deliver updated materials and customized client deliveries.
Working on creative new providers onboarding based on the customer needs.
Assist in managing the MAXIS relationship with leadership.
Assist the broader EB group with expertise and support for customers communication and crisis management.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
University degree preferred.
7+ years relevant experience.
Arabic speaker preferred.
